Section 1: Introduction and Definitions

These AI Training and Data Usage Terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") are entered into by and between HLZ Group (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and all users who access or use the Company’s website, systems, products, and services (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you"). These Terms aim to explicitly govern the usage rights, boundaries, and protection mechanisms regarding data and content generated by users on the platform in fields such as artificial intelligence (AI) technology development, machine learning, and algorithm training.

In these Terms:

• "Platform Content": Refers to all text, code, images, audio, video, charts, datasets, and interface designs displayed on the website or provided by the Company.

• "User-Generated Content (UGC)": Refers to any text, data, prompts, feedback, or files uploaded, inputted, published, or generated through interactions on the platform by the user.

• "AI Training": Refers to the process of utilizing data for machine learning, deep learning, Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning, weight optimization, and algorithm improvement.

Section 2: AI Restrictions and Licensing Mechanisms for Platform Content

• 2.1 Strict Prohibition of Unauthorized Scraping: Unless expressly permitted in writing by the Company, any third party (including but not limited to web crawlers, AI developers, and data aggregators) is strictly prohibited from utilizing automated tools, scripts, APIs, or other technical means to scrape, copy, download, or extract any Platform Content from the www.hlz-group.com website for the purpose of AI model training, fine-tuning, or verification.

• 2.1 Robots.txt Validity: The Company's website explicitly declares restrictions against specific AI crawlers (such as User-agent: GPTBot, Google-Extended, ClaudeBot, etc.) in its robots.txt file. Third parties must strictly abide by such declarations. Any scraping behavior that violates these declarations will be deemed a willful infringement on the Company's intellectual property and property rights, and the Company reserves the right to pursue full legal liability.

• 2.3 Commercial Licensing and Collaboration: If a third party intends to use the proprietary data or high-value industry content of HLZ Group for AI model development or commercial training, they must enter into a separate, formal Data Licensing and Commercial Collaboration Agreement with the Company.

Section 3: User-Generated Content (UGC) and AI Training Licensing

• 3.1 Free, Non-Exclusive License: When you input, submit, or upload content to the platform (for example, when using our smart assistant, submitting forms, or providing technical feedback), you hereby grant HLZ Group a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and perpetual right to use such content for service optimization, technical product development, and the training and optimization of AI systems and algorithms.

• 3.2 Privacy and Anonymization: The Company highly values user privacy. Before importing any User-Generated Content into AI training datasets, we commit to employing strict technical measures for de-identification, anonymization, and privacy removal to ensure that your personal, sensitive identity information cannot be reversely deduced or recovered from the trained models.

• 3.3 User Control and Opt-Out Mechanism:

  • If you do not wish for your UGC to be used for our future AI model training, you may request to opt out at any time through the platform settings (if available) or by sending an email to the Company’s designated email address.

  • Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will remove your data from future training datasets within a reasonable timeframe (not exceeding 30 business days). You understand and agree that models that have already completed training and have been deployed prior to your opt-out request cannot be retroactively deleted, but we will not utilize your new data for subsequent fine-tuning or iterations.

Section 4: Special Data Protection for Enterprise and Premium Users

• 4.1 Commitment to Data Isolation: For clients using HLZ Group’s enterprise-grade services through independent contracts or premium plans, we pledge to implement strict data isolation. When enterprise clients upload or process proprietary business data or call proprietary APIs, their data will absolutely not be incorporated into HLZ Group's public AI model training sets, nor will it be used to provide services to other third parties, unless explicitly agreed upon by the enterprise client in writing.

• 4.2 Customized Model Training: For proprietary models custom-developed for enterprise clients upon separate payment and authorization, all ownership or exclusive usage rights shall be governed by the separate Enterprise Service Agreement executed by both parties.

Section 5: Intellectual Property and Ownership of Outputs

• 5.1 Platform Outputs: For derivative content generated by users using HLZ Group's AI tools or services (such as reports, optimization suggestions, and analysis results), the intellectual property and usage permissions shall comply with the platform's basic User Agreement. Intellectual property derived from HLZ Group’s foundational models, algorithms, and core technologies shall always remain the sole property of HLZ Group.

• 5.2 Third-Party Rights Guarantee: Users guarantee that the content they upload or input into the platform does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or privacy rights of any third party. If the Company faces third-party claims during AI training or service provision due to illegal or infringing content inputted by a user, the user shall bear full liability for all losses incurred by HLZ Group.

Section 6: Disclaimers and Technical Limitations

• 6.1 Uncertainty of AI Outputs: Users understand and agree that, due to the technical limitations of machine learning and large language models, the answers, predictions, suggestions, or content generated by AI tools within the HLZ Group platform may experience "hallucinations" or be inaccurate or incomplete. Such outputs are for reference only and do not constitute any formal decision-making advice or guarantees regarding legal, financial, or technical matters by HLZ Group.

• 6.2 Service Suspension and Alteration: To cooperate with technical upgrades, AI model restructuring, or regulatory compliance requirements, the Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate specific AI features of the platform or alter data training policies at any time, and shall not be held liable for any indirect losses suffered by users as a result.

Section 7: Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

• 7.1 Amendments to Terms: The Company has the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with technological evolution, business adjustments, or updates to laws and regulations. Amended terms shall automatically take effect once published on the www.hlz-group.com website. Your continued use of the platform services after any amendments constitute your acceptance of the revised content.

• 7.2 Dispute Resolution: The formulation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Company’s primary place of operation. If any dispute arises between the parties regarding the content or execution of these Terms, the parties shall first seek an amicable settlement. If the consultation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the people's court or arbitration institution with jurisdiction in the Company's location for adjudication.
