US
Torrential Rain Warning
If the meteorological bureau issues a MRGL or SLGT rainstorm warning, all customer service and warehouse operations will remain normal.
If an MDT or HIGH rainstorm warning is issued after 9:00 AM, all customer service and warehouse operations will be suspended immediately. If an MDT or HIGH rainstorm warning is issued before 8:00 AM, all customer service and warehouse operations will be suspended.
If an MDT or HIGH rainstorm warning is lifted before 1:00 PM, all customer service and warehouse operations will still remain suspended after the warning is lifted.

Torrential Rain Warning
If the Hong Kong Observatory issues an Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning, all customer service and warehouse operations will remain normal.
If a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued after 9:00 AM, all customer service and warehouse operations will still remain normal.
If a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued before 8:00 AM, all customer service and warehouse operations will be suspended.
If the Black Rainstorm Warning is lifted before 1:00 PM, all customer service and warehouse operations will fully resume within two hours after the warning is canceled.
US
Typhoon or Tornado Signal
If the US National Weather Service issues a High Wind Warning or Tornado Watch, all customer service and warehouse operations will remain normal.
If a Tropical Storm Warning, Hurricane Warning, or Tornado Warning is issued after 9:00 AM, all customer service and warehouse operations will be suspended immediately, or phased out within 2 hours prior to the warning taking effect.
If a Tropical Storm Warning, Hurricane Warning, or Tornado Warning is issued before 9:00 AM, all customer service and warehouse operations will be suspended for the entire day.
If a Tropical Storm Warning, Hurricane Warning, or Tornado Warning is lifted before 1:00 PM, all customer service and warehouse operations will still remain suspended after the warning is lifted.

Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal
If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3, all customer service and warehouse operations will remain normal.
If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is issued after 9:00 AM, all customer service and warehouse operations will be suspended immediately, or phased out within 2 hours prior to the signal being hoisted.
If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted before 9:00 AM, all customer service and warehouse operations will be suspended.
If the Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is lifted before 1:00 PM, all customer service and warehouse operations will fully resume within two hours after the signal is lowered.
